We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all original tags and accessories intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must accompany the return.
Certain items, including personalized or custom-made products, as well as final sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content
Perishable goods or health/hygiene items (such as cosmetics or intimate wear)
Specially customized or personalized items
Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Approval: After receiving your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item and, if applicable, issue a prepaid return shipping label.
Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and include all original tags and accessories.
Ship the Item: Use the prepaid label to ship the item back to the return address provided by our team.
For returns without a prepaid label, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when returning items for a refund to the original payment method.
There is no return shipping fee for items returned for store credit.
For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the local authorities. These additional fees are non-refundable.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved:
Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Store credit or gift cards will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. To resolve the issue:

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges incurred during the return process. These charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the item.
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you may:
Return the item for store credit only, which will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:
